Return & Exchange Policy

At Commando Eye CCTV, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

    • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Exchange
      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

      • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

      • In some cases, we may ask for photos or videos of the product for verification.

Non-Returnable Items
        • Products that have been installed, used, or physically damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

        • Custom orders or special requests are also non-returnable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
      1. Contact our support team at info@commandoeye.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

      2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting photos.

      3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on the return process.

Refunds
        • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

        • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
