SALE DETAILS
The ongoing collaboration and contract with our franchisees are contingent upon the successful
sale of at least 50% of the provided inventory within a six-month period, commencing from the
agreed-upon start date. This requirement is a key performance indicator, ensuring mutual growth
and success.
Should a franchisee be unable to achieve the stipulated sales target within the designated
time-frame, Commando Eye will reacquire the remaining inventory. This measure is taken to
maintain operational efficiency and inventory optimization.
To ensure a continuous supply of products and optimal inventory levels, the franchise's inventory
will be replenished once 40% of the current stock has been sold. This approach is designed to
balance product availability with demand, ensuring a steady flow of sales.
A security deposit is required at the initiation of the franchise agreement. This deposit is
refundable after a period of five years from the date of the agreement, contingent upon compliance
with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract. If the franchise terminates the services before five years, then the money will not be refundable.
